Exchange policy
We understand that sometimes our customers may not be completely satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we have created an exchange policy that ensures that our customers are able to exchange their products for another product of equal or lesser value within a certain time frame.
The following terms and conditions apply to our exchange policy:
Eligibility a. Only products purchased from our ecommerce website are eligible for exchange. b. The product being exchanged must be in its original packaging and in new and unused condition. c. The exchange must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Exclusions a. Products purchased on sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange. b. Personalized or customized items are also not eligible for exchange.
Exchange process a. To initiate an exchange, the customer must contact our customer service team at [insert contact information]. b. The customer must provide their order number and reason for the exchange. c. Our customer service team will provide the customer with instructions on how to return the product. d. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our eligibility requirements. e. If the product meets our eligibility requirements, we will issue a store credit or exchange the product for another product of equal or lesser value. f. If the product does not meet our eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
Shipping costs a. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the product being exchanged is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Store credit a. Store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the original product, less any shipping costs. b. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on our ecommerce website.
